To cope with negative feelings, I choose to take a pen and book and write all my feelings while playing a music of meditation or raining music.
Then, take a nap for a while will also help to cope negative feelings for 1-2 hours. Our body and soul sometimes feel exhausted with all the burnout in the daylife
Furthermore, walk alone without phone and any device for 30minutes. Make sure to observe any new thing you found. Just walk to relax your body.
